Day 4: Spot The Celebrity!
Let’s face it: everyone who comes to Fashion Week – any Fashion Week, anywhere on the planet – is a star. But there are stars, and then there are celebrities, who are kind of a species unto themselves.
I met Pixie Geldof after a show the other day and she was so sweet – I just kind of found myself waiting in a quiet place for friends while I guess she was, too. I had already shot her several times and I didn’t need to shoot her again. But I said: ‘It must feel strange sometimes, you know, being you. Don’t you just wish sometimes you could tell everyone to just STOP IT?’ She paused, and confided in me, with a sigh of relief ‘Yes.’ Then we both smiled and went our separate ways.
Without doubt, so far, the one celebrity and style icon that has made my heart a flutter – even more than meeting Olivia Palermo and Julia Restoin-Roitfeld and each of them actually remembering me! – was meeting Samantha Cameron. Granted, Sam Cam’s more famous for who she’s married to, but she’s very much a star in her own right.
So… which celebrities can you spot here? Top marks if you can guess all of them!

:This is getting a bit more sucejbtive, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of neighbors will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune Social is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
