Last day of Fashion Week! Really sad to be parting with everyone I became friends with over the past few days, but the best thing about this crowd is that it never fails to gather twice a year.

On looking back, although the weather wasn’t entirely amicable, the shows, celebrities and parties had us busy on our feet. And great fashion, street and on the catwalk, happened regardless of what the air temperature was. 

I had some doubts about wearing this dress during the day because it seemed like quite an evening piece, but I decided, since it’s the last day and all, to go out with a bang.

I found the flowers lying sadly behind the Meadham Kirchhoff show, so I picked them up as a souvenir from a really great show. I was just so surprised it went so well with the outfit! The pleat dress is by a Korean designer called LiLee, and I paired it with a long leather coat and a pair of military-esque boots to tone the dress down into a casual look. A brown leather jacket never fails in making an outfit great for the day – perfect if you had a soiree in the evening and not enough bag-space for a dress!
